For treatment of corroded iron and steel surfaces. Directions: Wire brush surface to remove loose rust. Ensure surface is oil/grease free. Apply by spray to brush - 40 micron thickness coat is optimum. Do not apply at temperatures below 5-10C. Perform a patch test if unsure. Vactan is self priming but can be overcoated for long term protection. Storage: do not subject to extremes of temperature 5 to 25C is suitable. Do not pour unused material back into supply container. Do not use on metal above 40C. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Dependent on environmental conditions, Vactan can be touch dry fairly quickly. Full reaction will be complete within 24 hours. Overcoat preferably after 24 hours.
